To preserve peace and stability and harmony, avoid undesirable behaviors. People who follow their faith have exceptional rewards and are successful in all endeavors. There is a chapter by the name of Nitisar in the Garuda Purana. This chapter describes seven virtuous actions that may help us avoid numerous difficulties.

These seven considerations for a happy life are:

1. Should Work With Patience

The only way to achieve lasting success in any endeavor is to be patient until the very end. When patience is eliminated and haste is used, the likelihood of failure increases. Patients should not be withheld, especially under adversity, since else the situation might deteriorate much worse.

2. Control Your Rage

Extreme anger Due to the anger, there is a perpetual disturbance in life and the home. Therefore, anger should be kept under check. A couple of times daily meditation should be performed for this purpose.

3. The Senses Must Be Controlled

Always maintain control over the five senses: eye, nose, ears, mouth, and skin. If these senses are not maintained, life difficulties will endure.

4. Maintain Purity

Those who retain mental and physical purity are blessed by the goddess. The sanctity of the mind is achieved by positive ideas, and the purity of the body is accomplished through cleanliness.

5. Aid the Needy

Be kind and assist the poor and those in need. These individuals should continue to assist based on their abilities on occasion.

6. Speak Politely

Whether we are a family or a community, we must constantly use kind language. Do not unintentionally use phrases that cause mental harm.

7. Alleviate Feelings of Envy

Regarding friends and well-wishers, there should be no envy. People who feel jealousy toward others are always troubled.
